If you are moving off an inherited machine or an expensive legacy contract, we will look at what you actually print before recommending anything, because the most common problem we see in SMEs is a device two sizes larger than the business needs, on a contract with per-click charges nobody reads.

What's the minimum device count — can you supply just one copier?+
Yes, one device is absolutely fine. There is no minimum fleet size and no minimum volume to work with us. Plenty of our clients started with a single multifunction copier in one office and added devices, sites or PaperCut print management later. You get the same install standards, the same maintenance response and the same dedicated account manager whether you have one machine or twenty.
Should a small business lease or buy a copier?+
Leasing suits most SMEs because it spreads the cost, includes maintenance, toner, parts and labour in one monthly figure, and lets you upgrade at renewal without a capital purchase. Buying outright makes sense if you would rather own the asset and arrange support separately — we offer both, plus short-term rentals.
Are there per-click or hidden charges?+
Our all-inclusive leases are designed to avoid exactly that: the device, install, network setup, toner, parts, labour and maintenance are covered in the agreed monthly cost. We will spell out in writing what is included before you sign, and we will happily review an existing contract from another supplier and explain what you are actually being charged for.
How quickly can a copier be installed?+
For most standard Kyocera and Olivetti configurations we can quote same day and install within the same week, subject to stock. Installation includes network integration, print queues, scan-to-email or scan-to-folder setup and a walkthrough for your team.
Can we rent a copier for a short project or temporary office?+
Yes. We offer flexible monthly and quarterly rentals for projects, events, temporary offices and cover periods, with the option to scale up or down or roll into a longer lease if the arrangement becomes permanent.
Do we need PaperCut if we are only a small team?+
Not necessarily. PaperCut earns its place when you want visibility of who prints what, secure release of confidential documents, or to enforce duplex and mono defaults. For a very small team a well-configured device may be enough, and we will tell you if that is the case.
