What is managed print services?+
Managed print services (MPS) is an end-to-end approach to your organisation's print environment — hardware supply, PaperCut print management, consumables, proactive maintenance and reporting — delivered under one predictable contract so you cut cost, waste and downtime.
Is copier leasing better than buying?+
For most businesses, yes. Leasing spreads the cost, includes full maintenance and toner, and lets you upgrade to newer devices without a large capital outlay. Buying outright can be right when you want to own the asset and manage support separately.
How much can managed print services save my business?+
