We currently supply and service printers in the UK. We are based in London however.
How often will my printer need a service?
This will depend on your print volume. Printers with a higher volume will require a service more frequently.
What's the difference between a new and refurbished printer?
A refurbished printer is has been previously used rather than bought new off the shelf.
An experienced technician takes each machine through a thorough refurbishing process. This includes comprehensive testing to ensure it will be as good as new in both appearance, functionality and print quality.
Refurbished products are a cost-effective and practical choice. Unlike a new device, the materials, plastics and carbon used in its manufacture and delivery have already been created. By choosing refurbished you are preventing both equipment and parts from ending up in landfill.

How much does it cost?
How much it costs depends entirely on what your needs are, whether that’s how much you’ll print or how many printers you’ll need. The best way to find out is to contact us!
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I HAVE TO GIVE TO CANCEL OUR AGREEMENT?
That entirely depends on the type of contract you have with us. There are only two that we offer, either for leasing or renting. However we would normally only require 30-days notice to terminate the agreement.
Are toners included?
Yes! Toners are included on purchase as well as replacements as part of our maintenance and servicing.
How many prints can a single toner do?
The average user can experience approx. 12,000 prints before needing renewal.
